In order for people to thrive at work it’s important to build a circle of safety. Only then do employees have the right conditions to perform and excel as employees and individuals. They will feel engaged when going to work as well as satisfied and fulfilled when going home. It benefits the company, the clients as well as the overall society.

 

Vision and Goals

 

It is important to have a clear vision and to have well defined goals and markers that people can relate to as well as feel that things are going in the right direction.

 

Great Leaders

 

The best leaders are the ones who acknowledge that their primary purpose is to make sure that the employees have the right capacity, tools and environment to achieve the goals they have been asked to fill.

 

A leader should also excel at recruiting better and better people continuously. As a leader and business owner, this is really what I am striving to do on an everyday basis.
