Senior Full-Stack Developers/Consultants
- Developing applications/systems from beginning to end
- Developing cloud based applications from the server side all the way to the front-end
- Work as an integrated part of the clients development teams
- Being an integral part of building our consulting business in the Nordics
- Advice customers on technological decisions when needed
- Mastering a commonly used backend programming language (Java/Python/Scala/Golang)
- Experience acting as a team/tech lead is a plus
- Our working language is English so a great command of the language is required
Our Selection Process
- Phone screening (30-60 minutes)
- Online personality and logics test (1 hour).
- Value based interview to better understand your personality and explain our values and culture as well as what you can expect from us as an employer. (1-1,5 hour)
- Online code challenge (2-4 hours), which you can do when suitable for you.
- Technical interview with one of our engineers (1,5 hour)
- Contract proposal and hopefully start the relocation process (if need be).
