1. What’s one thing you’ve learned that you’ll carry with you?

During my time here, I learned a lot about tech recruitment roles, the talent acquisition process, and IT consultancy. I also grew professionally in my own role as a digital marketing specialist. I’m truly grateful for the opportunity and for everyone who trusted and supported me during this journey. This internship was a big step in my career here in Sweden, and I believe it will open doors to future opportunities. Thank you to everyone who made this experience so special.

2. What part of the internship did you enjoy the most?

Definitely an amazing time with my colleagues. Everyone here is incredibly kind, smart, and supportive. I also truly enjoyed all the tasks I was involved in — I love working with marketing, and getting to do what I love in this environment was very fulfilling.

3. Was there a moment that really challenged or surprised you?

The biggest challenge for me was starting a professional role in a new language. As a Brazilian, this was my first experience working in a Swedish company, and doing so in English was a big milestone. It was also an incredible opportunity to grow. I improved both my English and my marketing skills, while working with people from different countries and backgrounds. That diversity made the experience even richer.

4. Any tips for future interns joining Agile Search?

Make the most of every moment and get to know the team, everyone here is amazing. Be open to learning and take initiative. It can be a big step in your career, just like it was for me.

5. What’s next for you—and how can we cheer you on?

Now I’m looking for my next challenge here in Sweden. I’ve grown so much during this internship, and I want to keep building my career in marketing, doing what I love.
