Agile Search is committed to protecting the privacy of our candidates, clients and users of our website. We want to provide a safe and secure user experience. We will ensure that the information you submit to us via our website or through any of our offices or other international websites or offices is only used for the purposes set out in this policy.

 

The information Agile Search collects

 

Agile Search may collect your personal details, including but not limited to your name and contact details (together with your e-mail address) and other relevant information from your CV.  The categories of Personal Data that are typically collected and processed in the recruitment context are:

 

Information Provided by you: When you create an account in our recruitment management system or otherwise interact with Agile Search (either directly or through an agency or third party), you may be asked to provide information such as

 

Your name, telephone number, email address, social accounts such as LinkedIn

 

Your competencies, skills, experience and eduction, e.g. your CV or resume, references and cover letter

 

Your user identity, e.g user names and other such information used in connection with authenticating you.

 

 

Technical Information:  When you access our services online, our web servers automatically create records of your visit. These records typically include IP-address, access times, the sites linked from, pages visited, the links and features used, the content viewed or requested, browser or application type, language and other such information.

 

Other Information: Information found from public sources such as LinkedIn and Github when necessary for the recruitment activities and to offer you career opportunities that can be of interest to you.

 

What does Agile Search do with your information?

 

The information is held, used and disclosed by us as follows:

 

  1. to provide services to you
  2. to maintain our business relationship, where you are a user of our website, a client or candidate
  3. to enable you to submit your CV for general applications, to apply for specific jobs or to subscribe to our job alerts.
  4. to match your details with job vacancies, to assist us in finding a position that is most suitable for you. We only share your information in secure ways to our clients once we have your explicit agreement to do so.
  5. to answer your enquiries
  6. to direct-market products and services, advise you of news and industry updates, events, promotions and competitions, reports and other information. Where we do so, you will be able to unsubscribe from such communications
  7. to fulfil contractual obligations with our clients
  8. to third parties who perform functions on our behalf and who also provide services to us, such as testing services to assess your technical and personal skills.

 

Job Alerts

 

To subscribe to job alerts emails, you will be required to provide your e-mail address, which will be used for the purpose of keeping you informed, by e-mail, of the latest jobs in your nominated industry and/or will provide you with industry news. Should you decide that you no longer wish to receive this information, unsubscribe links are provided in every job alert email that you receive.

 

Curriculum Vitae (CV)

 

We give you the option of submitting your CV via our website or by providing your CV to one of our consultants. You can do this either to apply for a specific advertised job or for consideration by our recruitment consultants for positions as they come up. Your CV will be stored in the Agile Search database, and will be accessible by Agile Search recruitment consultants in Sweden and Finland.

 

Aggregate Information about Agile Search online visitors

 

We gather information and statistics collectively about all visitors to our website, for example, which area users access most frequently and which services users access the most. We only use such data in the aggregate form. This information helps us determine what is most beneficial for our users and how we can continually improve our online services to create a better overall experience for our users. We may also undertake marketing profiling to help us identify services or jobs which may be of interest to you.

 

Your rights

 

You have the right at any time to ask us for a copy of the information supplied by you that we hold. We may ask you to verify your identity and for more information about your request.

 

You have the right at any time to ask us to delete your Personal Data. By doing so we may no longer be able to help you with your recruitment process and will not be able to identify your contact preferences. If you do not want to be contacted by Agile Search in future then we do not recommend you request the deletion of your data. In these circumstances we can keep a record of your preference and will not use your data for any recruitment related purposes.
