Partnering with Mojang studios to drive growth through talent strategy
Our Senior Talent Acquisition Consultant, Milica, partnered with Mojang Studios, the creators of one of the most beloved games in the world.
In this role, she owned the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for multiple simultaneous processes, covering engineering, product, game development, and creative roles.
Operating within a dedicated two-person Talent Acquisition team, they successfully closed around 80 positions over 18 months. Through these efforts, Mojang significantly reduced reliance on external vendors, decreasing the vendor-to-fee ratio by 40%. This achievement contributed to greater organizational stability by enabling Mojang to acquire and retain top talent in-house.
