Qualifications Needed:
Minimum 5 years of experience in Java development, with expertise in Java 8+.
Proficiency in frameworks such as Spring Boot, Hibernate, and Microservices architecture.
Experience with RESTful APIs, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP), and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
Strong understanding of design patterns, multithreading, and performance optimization.
